Boxing Commission Event Calendar for Nov 19 in Homestead Florida.  Bellator officials announcing a partnership with Monster Energy and NASCAR “to showcase a series of fights to take place at select races during the 2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season. Part of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is the Ford EcoBoost 400 is taking place at the Homestead-Miami Speedway – Sunday, November 19

These fights will be at the Homestead-Miami Speedway. Bellator will have a series of fights after the racing promotion. They usually consist of several non televised bouts as supplement to the racing program.

Bellator is looking for growth and expansion to rival that of the UFC in popularity and revenue growth stream. When you think mma you normally think UFC. Bellator is looking to change that mindset and wants people to think Bellator Mma.

With growth in mind, Bellator MMA, Monster officials plan more motocross-based events

Much like the fights Bellator previously promoted at motocross events, the cards are likely to consist of three or four fights, which aren’t presented as part of televised coverage.

Bellator MMA will be featured at the following 2017 NASCAR races:

  • Monster Energy All-Star Race at Charlotte Motor Speedway – Saturday, May 20
  • Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway – Saturday, Aug. 19
  • Alabama 500 at Talladega Superspeedway – Sunday, Oct. 15
  • Ford EcoBoost 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway – Sunday, November 19

BELLATOR 183 Henderson vs Pitbull is an upcoming event on Spike on September 23. 2017. Also on the card is Nelson vs Ayala tickets are on sale thru Tickmaster for the event, at the Sap center in San Jose California. Bellator is also a large promotion in the MMA World with many current and previous fighters from the UFC.

Bellator 183 “Henderson vs. Pitbull” takes place Sept. 23, 2017 at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. The live broadcast on Saturday night starts at 9 pm ET/6 PT and is headlined by a Lightweight contest between former WEC & UFC champion “Smooth” Benson Henderson and long-time Bellator MMA knockout artist Patricky “Pitbull” Freire.

Fans probably won’t want to wait until the main card starts to arrive though. Bellator has announced the first 5,000 ticket holders through the doors will receive a limited edition bobblehead of “The Last Emperor” Fedor Emelianenko, last seen fighting Matt Mitrione at Madison Square Garden in a fight that included a spectacular double knockdown.

That’s not all.

Fans who arrive early enough can actually participate in a meet and greet with Emelianenko himself. This special event is for ticket holders only and goes down in the concourse level from 3:30-5:30 p.m. PT. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to reserve a place in line.

The fight card for the evening also includes “Bellator Kickboxing 7,” which takes place the same night but will air after Bellator 184 “Dantas vs. Caldwell” on October 6th. The updated line-up of fights for Sept. 23 in San Jose is below.

These are the three main fights on the card. That evening, SAP Center in San Jose will also play host to Bellator Kickboxing 7, which features a welterweight world title main event with current champ Karim Ghajji (97-13-1) set to defend his title against Raymond Daniels (11-3).
